New Mattresses

Do you find you wake up feeling a lot stiffer and older than you should do?
If so, one of the commonest reasons for this can be poor sleep, often from a mattress that is too old or may be the wrong stiffness for you.
Investing in a new mattress every 5-7 years ensures it has adequate spring and support for your spine while you sleep.
It also means you can adapt your mattress to your spine as you grow older and your body changes.
You should always spend at least 5 minutes lying on any potential new mattress to ensure it feels just right for you, every spine is unique and every mattress has different properties.
If you are unsure what sort of mattress would suit your back, come and talk to us at the Courtyard Osteopaths and we will have a look at your back and the way you move and help you decide. We will also make sure you are in the best possible health to enjoy your new mattress and get the perfect nights sleep!
