As infants develop and become more mobile, we are often asked to use osteopathy to help with muscular tensions and postural issues. Toddlers tend to be more prone to falls and minor injuries that may cause strains to their musculo-skeletal systems. This group often needs plenty of distractions to allow treatments so we have lots of toys and books to help parents entertain their children and you can bring along favourite toys for extra comfort.

We have many young patients who have benefitted from osteopathy for a range of conditions and symptoms, for example, difficulties relaxing, digestive problems and headaches relating to neck problems.

We specialise in providing paediatric osteopathy treatments during pregnancy, for newborn babies, toddlers, children and teenagers, using gentle techniques such as cranial osteopathy.

If you are unsure whether osteopathy or cranial osteopathy might help you, your baby or child, why not give us a call for a free, informal chat or to book an appointment.
