Osteopaths learn a lot about the stresses and strains acting on your the body, by observing your posture and what happens to your body when you move. We usually ask you to remove some of your clothing, down to your underwear, so please wear something you are comfortable in. If there is any anxiety around this issue please don’t hesitate to let us know.
